Win server 2012. Sound on virtual machine, virtual audio card?

Hello. There is a VDS on windows server 2012, it broadcasts an audio stream (in some way, a transport for Skype / conferences).
The scheme is as follows - in Skype, the "Remote Audio" device is set as speakers, and from it the sound is already broadcast, the problem is that this "Remote Audio" works only when there is a connection to this VDS as a remote desktop. As soon as we leave the URS, the sound disappears.
Are there any built-in tools / services / tricky drivers in win server for this case? It may be possible not to unload the "Remote Audio" driver even if there is no connection.
Virtual Audio Cable is installed, but does not work, devices do not appear, although this version of VAC runs fine on a home laptop under win8.
This is my very first acquaintance with win server...)

Answering my own question: it is IMPOSSIBLE to install virtual devices on hyper V. Remote Audio device turns off when disconnected from RDP.
An ingeniously stupid solution was found: we buy another VDS, the cheapest one, and connect from it via rdp. You can even have a server on linux (cheap Linux VDS in bulk).
As a result, the connection is saved, the device continues to work. Plus - buying a small VDS is cheaper than moving to a dedicated server. Minus - a crutch which still needs to be looked for.

The answer is - with a terminal server and your existing conditions - nothing. Sound in a terminal server session is served by the terminal server - no session, no sound, and no "virtual" card.
To broadcast sound from one computer to another, other solutions are used, for example, the same icecast icecast.org/.

We have something like this working.
But I didn't set it up. Do not know how.
But it definitely works.
