Lousy sound from the computer. How to restore settings?

Win10 rolled onto the new computer, the sound was normal (volume level, no blockages on the bottoms). I assembled the system from a Chinese amp with Ali, a month later I realized that the sound had become much worse, removed the self-propelled gun, put the headphones on. The sound became flat, without bottoms, quiet (compared with 2 laptops and a smartphone - the headphones, like the ears themselves, were normal). Tried to deal with the problem of raids for six months. Apparently, the self-made amplifier ruined the sound system. Or so I thought until I bought new headphones and an asus xonar dgx card to catch up. It would seem that everything should work well, but the problem remained. Everything is still quiet, all the same blockages in the bottom. Already I do not know where to dig. The last step is to reinstall Windows, but this is the edge. How and what to test, tell me, please, fellow experts!
UPD: I reset the overclocking of the processor to nominal - no change.
