Play two different audio tracks when watching a video?

For example, there is a film in English which is translated into Russian. The video contains 2 audio tracks. I want to watch in the original, my wife in translation. Is there a way to play two audio tracks in parallel? The idea to run a separate player and manually synchronize is not suitable. What comes to mind is to broadcast different audio streams to different phones and listen. I wonder if there are ready-made solutions? And if not, what can be taken as a basis to do it yourself?
