Why does audio sometimes lag on macOS Yosemite?

Friends, a very strange problem on a macbook, I did not find similar ones on the Internet.
You start the video in VLC and it happens that the sound lags behind the video. Sometimes it's normal, but if you change the track, it will definitely happen, restarting the player sometimes helps, sometimes not. I tried different players and reinstalled VLC - it does not help, the settings are all standard. The processor is not loaded when watching a video, the poppy hardware looks good. Another symptom that is possibly related - sometimes the mouse arrow is delayed / freezes for milliseconds if you do not restart the poppy for several days, I thought about reinstalling the OS - can anyone come across it?
