Why won't my laptop turn off?

Lately my laptop has stopped turning off. Looking at the problem log, I saw this:
BSD with error code 9f.
Googling, I found out that the problem may lie in the video card drivers. Updated the driver, the problem remained. What could be the reason?
On a Windows 10 Build 10586 laptop.

I need to ACER:
1. Install the chipset driver.
2. Install the IntelHD driver.
3. Install the AMD driver. What time turns off without problems. Then all over again. With 8.1 there was no such trouble.

Yes confirm! On Win10, firewood has not yet been added.
DELL 2 pieces - the same trouble.
