Why do most programs remain 32-bit on 64-bit versions of Windows?

Well, think for yourself - 32bit works on 64bit.
And 64bit does not work on 32bit architecture.
And what's the point of writing 64 if there are no tricky tasks?

And what exactly is the problem? Well, the developer did not want to make a target build for the 64-bit architecture. Windows prior to 10 was always 32-bit. The target audience, which has a 32-bit operating system, is still great.
