What is the name of this program for creating a bootable USB flash drive?

I once had a program for creating a bootable USB flash drive. The process went something like this:
1) Format the flash drive
2) Run this program, it does some kind of fraud with the flash drive
3) Transfer the Windows files to the USB flash drive with the mouse.
Ready.
(point 2 and 3 may be in a different order, I don't remember)
what is the name of this program? always helped out, but now I can't remember

If you don't want to bother too much - rufus. If you want a mega-cool bootable USB flash drive with all sorts of Windows, Linux and recovery disks - grub4dos
