How to find out how many resources a notification uses in Win8?

How to find out how many computer resources are used by hanging in memory, for example, mail monitoring mailru, a standard mailrush application from the Windows market for 8.1?
After all, when a letter arrives at the mailbox, a notification tells me about it.
And if there are 10-100 such programs with allowed notifications? How would you know how many resources are being used for this business?

The fact is that the Windows Store application rarely processes notifications itself, they are processed by the operating system. Mail servers send pushes to Microsoft servers, which send messages to the operating system, notifications for other applications also work. So the application does not need to hang permanently in memory, it does not need to constantly keep a connection with the server. Toast and tile notifications have a fixed format and length and are not large. So if notifications eat up system resources, then the amount of which can be neglected

Want to save money? Aggregate all notifications in one resource. For mail, for example, you can switch to gmail, which can send letters via rss atom.
