What's wrong with CMS and what alternatives do you recommend. I started looking for developers to make an IM, many shy away, they say it’s some kind of muddy and it’s not clear what good it is. How flexible is it for customization, for pulling design layouts, for optimizing functionality, etc.

HyperV must of course be disabled otherwise 64bit systems will not work.
Therefore, the included HyperV will use hardware virtualization, and Virtualbox will not be able to use it for the reason that it is already in use.
