Windows virtual machine on Ubuntu Server?

There is a server with Ubuntu Server.
I want to raise virtual machines with Windows 7, 8, etc. on it. with the possibility of remote access to them.
Installed virtual box with phpvirtualbox. But ran into a problem. Windows requires support for 2D or 3D acceleration, but these options are not available in the virtual machine settings.
What to do?

Is the extension pack included with the currently installed virtualbox? If not, then install and the settings will become active.
