How to fix import error?

Question

virtual box

2 computers. Both have the same version of VirtualBox (6.1.32) installed. On the first computer I do the export to OVA, on the second I do the import. Mistake:E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057)

Rewriting OVA - does not help. In the opposite direction, the transfer through OVA also does not work. On the computer on which I performed the export, I performed the import from OVA - it went well. The file is complete.
