What processor do you have? Does the processor support virtualization?
Is Hyper-v not installed? For example, it might have been installed with Drocker for windows. VirtualBox and Hyper-v will not work at the same time. (dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V to remove).
