How to curb fonts in Apple Safari?

I can't understand why in Google Chrome the fonts look great, but in Apple Safari everything is angular, too bold in outline (Apple Safari 5.1.7 for Windows)? Am I missing something? They both have a webkit engine, don't they?

Sorry, maybe I'm off topic ...
I'm writing to you from 2016. Nowadays, Apple has not developed its browser for Windows for a long time. The last release was in 2012, around after IE9 (that's about 4 years ago from the time this comment was written). At the same time, Chrome ran far ahead in 4 years, even changing the engine back in 2013 to Blink. It is of course based on WebKit, but not WebKit. And since then, Apple has been sawing its browser only under OSX and under iOS, where it pleases its users with normal font rendering.
And how are you there? Windows XP still in use? Or are you already moving to Windows 7? :)

In addition to Yuriy 's answer -:
Delete the windows safari, forget it like a bad dream. Next, go to RuTracker in the MacOS section, subsection Hackintosh. Download a fresh MacOS image for VMWare, install it and see the layout in the latest safari.
