How to route sound from certain programs to a certain audio device?

There is a computer with 2 monitors, an audigy2 sound card and a BT whistle and BT headphones.
Where you can programmatically select the sound output, I calmly separate the audio streams.
For example, my wife watches a movie on the 2nd screen and through Audigy, and I listen to music through AIMP in BT headphones and read articles in the browser.
The whole ambush starts when I need to watch a tutorial video.
It is impossible to reassign the audio output in the browser and it turns out that all the sound (both from my video and from my wife's video) goes to the speakers.
Maybe there is an alternative browser, or software that can make the application sound where I want?

Assign BT as the default output device, and in the video player already change the output to Audigy

Software that can make the application sound where I want?
It is the program itself that should have such settings.
