Is there currently a streaming server on windows or line, which is free and updated.
It is desirable that there be a client on Android or a web muzzle.
Oh yes, support for lossless flac alac etc formats is also very desirable.

I don't know about flac and other stories. But nginx + rtmp, direct to the folder and here is the web interface for you
