Good day, I ran into a problem that when I talk, for example, in Discord, everyone hears the sounds of my PC, music, and so on, how can I fix it? Is something on or off?

Isn't it obvious that the microphone records everything it receives?

Use noise cancellation in your microphone settings, or better yet, use headphones when talking instead of desktop speakers if you use them.
