How to allow the browser to access the microphone on the phone?

The standard browser (on the phone) has all the permissions and it is impossible to cancel at least one, and the browser itself cannot be deleted either. But it crashes every minute for me and I don’t know how to deal with it. I downloaded another browser, but everything can be allowed there, except for the microphone. That is, the camera is possible, and calls, and location, but the microphone is not. What to do? Maybe some other browser supports the microphone?

Yes, it's not "browser supported"... I'm not exactly sure, but perhaps the problem is the lack of necessary certificates.
