In a good way, products should not be displayed in different categories. If you had to - try to exclude something in the robots, if it's real. If not, write other content on the page that will be different. On the boots page - articles, titles, descriptions, usage examples. On the page of blue boots - content on blue boots. Content is "hand-crafted" so that search engines find it relevant. Then leave both groups of requests in the search results, and the positions will fly up.

On topic: will be considered duplicates of course. Go to the sites of competitors that are in the top 3 for your topic and see how they implemented it and do the same.

In Yandex.Webmaster, you can upload page statuses. There is such a status as a double.
So if this is suddenly an already implemented structure - just go and have a look.
