Publishing different apk for different devices

Good day to all! I had the following problem: I wrote an application for android, then I found that it does not work on galaxy s3. I made a separate apk, where I debugged specific problems for it - now it works on s3 too. But doesn't work on part of others in this case (due to using different versions of open gl es). It turns out that one apk is for s3, and the other is for the rest. The question is whether it is possible to upload several apk to Google Play by specifying a filter by device. The official tutorial did not give an answer, I found the ability to filter by permission, by architecture - but not by devices. I would be very grateful for a link to a clear tutorial on this issue.
