Why is the meta description not displayed in Search Engines?

The site has a meta description for each page sitemaker.su , but when you search https://yandex.ru/search/?text=site%3Asitemaker.su... it displays the content of the articles (and not the best). Why?

The description of the snippet includes what search engines consider relevant in this document. Begs the answer: your description isn't redevant enough. And for the future, the description of the snippet in Google is more often formed from the description than in Yandex.
Perhaps you tried to make the description relevant and overdid it and achieved re-optimization. In this case, rewrite the description with a one-time use of the passphrase.
Thank you for like!

add if prefix article, then everything will be as you need.

<html lang="ru-RU" prefix="og: http://ogp.me/ns# article: http://ogp.me/ns/article#">

Well, that's how it's done. Take that piece of text that got into the snippet and edit it as you like. Waiting for an update - see what's in the snippet - rejoice / repeat the procedure.
