Why is the discrete graphics card not switching?

why the laptop does not turn on a discrete video card when starting the game, I configured it through amd adrenalin software. I tried to disable the built-in device in the device manager, as a result, both disappeared from the task manager and the load went to the processor.
I tried to install the driver of the old version, there is no result.
