PC won't start with new graphics card?

OS: Win 10 Pro x64
Old video card: Radeon R7 370 4Gb
New video card: Nvidia GTX 1060 6Gb
Mother: ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
It starts with the old video card, but not with the new one.
Nothing on the screen, seems to have stalled on the BIOS

The first BIOS reset and check, the second launch of the card on another PC, if everything does not help the service

First, check that the additional power supply of the video card, if necessary, is really connected. Then turn on the computer without switching the monitor cable to the new card. Then you need to check the BIOS settings - whether the initialization of the "external" video card is enabled there (and the order of this).
