How to activate a discrete card by default?
Comrades!
There is a Dell inspiron laptop, on board the Radeon card "something there". I can not make the card to be discrete by default. All applications and games run on the built-in processor core. There is nothing in the BIOS, there is some kind of stub from UEFI without normal settings.
I downloaded the last firewood, but there is nothing there. Nothing is clear in their settings, I tried to make some kind of profile, but he does not see running applications, he indicated the path to the files with his hands, but to no avail. When the app and game starts. Embedded graphics are loaded at 100%. and discrete is not used. In the settings of applications / games there is no choice of which video card to play with.
How to make the system work on the default discrete card?

What specific laptop model and what version of Windows are you installing? There was a story with laptops in a bunch of Intel built-in AMD external, when the external card did not work with the new Intel driver, and everything was buzzing with the old Intel driver. It may be worth installing not the latest drivers, but those offered by DELL on the support site
