How do I know if my graphics card supports 144Hz?
I bought a 34 inch monitor with a refresh rate of 144Hz and 4k. I have an old video card, GTX 650Ti Boost, I connected a monitor, and in the settings it gives me a maximum of 60Hz, in the Nvidia settings it's the same, 144Hz only with a resolution of 720px. So the issue seems to be that the graphics card does not support 144hz. But how to check it? Perhaps I misconfigured something? The monitor was bought naturally not for games, I just like the smoothness of the picture

To get 4k and 144hz you need HDMI 2.1 or display port version 1.4 (with DSC) or 2.0
In the gtx 650ti, neither can be
the video card will give you as much as you want, another question is that it can be extremely weak for this and not have a suitable port. To transfer such volumes of data, you need hdmi 2.1, while the card itself may not support it.
