A full-fledged test, which is used to obtain CEFR, TOEFL, CAE and IELTS certificates, can only be found at the certification committees of these tests. There are some preparatory materials of varying degrees of usefulness:
Good luck.
EDIT: Small addition. Now the CEFR is considered the most popular certificate, since it is not tied to one language, unlike the others. With level B2, they can be taken to study at a foreign university or work in a foreign office, where frequent contacts with people and the utmost accuracy of communication are not required (as in medicine, for example); with C1 and above, you can already apply for almost any job, if the rest of the knowledge/skills are suitable. C2 is not the level of the native language, but close enough to it to mow down under your own .

There are a lot of tests on the net to determine the level of English, but for example, after passing the tests (mostly grammar and vocabulary, listening), I usually have advanced. And the level of colloquial speech is lower. So this is not an objective assessment. The level includes grammar, vocabulary, and listening with the ability to speak. So the dictionary can be at least advanced, but if you can’t speak out, then it’s no longer advanced.
