Login With Paypal: redirect_uri doesn't match registered one - does anyone know how to fix it?

I create a new app, set the return URL, and write my client id of the application in the js generator.
And this fruit constantly writes: redirect_uri does not match the registered one.
What kind of redirect URI does not write, where to change is not clear. Result URL is registered in application settings.
I searched the Internet how to solve it, no one really knows.
Who faced?

In general, how such shit even exists like Paypal, I have never seen such a terrible API and error codes and descriptions anywhere. There is only one question, when will they go bankrupt :)
This does not work through a JS form, I had to post a clean URL:

But now scopes do not work, i.e. works only while openid.
