Reading books and documentation does little to help you learn new things. What could be done so that the employer would not be ashamed to show it later?

The employer is not ashamed to show experience and tell with a marker at the blackboard what tasks were solved in production. Spherical sites in a vacuum on EE are not really needed, because. most of ITS code is not a website, but tests, backend and so on. They will take it to the Java middle without EE. Java SE, Patterns, Networks, UML and DB for 1-2 hours of interview is more than enough. EE is usually studied right away in production, because. there are a lot of chances to make shit by coding at the table at the mother's house.
