Where can I get the OS X installer to install on VMWare?
The subject itself is required to develop a mobile application on the 1C platform for Apple mobile devices.
The questions are as follows:
1. Is this OS paid or not?
2. Where can I get iso or installer?
PS: ESXi itself, when creating a new VM Mac OS, supports the operating system in the selection list.

It may be supplied exclusively with Apple devices, and may not be installed on other devices (under the terms of the license).
So it's kind of free, but kind of not.
