How to reduce the size of a VMware virtual disk?

Hello! How to reduce the volume of a virtual disk with an already mounted system? I work through VMwate Workstation 15 Pro, the disk has 60GB, the virtual machine itself takes 30 + 5 loads during operation. I want to make 55GB and transfer to a USB flash drive
