How to Manage Vmware ESXI 6.7?

Hello, brothers in arms! I have such a stupid question. I use ESXI 5.1, 5.5 for free and you can download a free client for convenient work of the Vmware vsphere client (with a lot of functionality and monitoring).
ESXI 6.7 rolled onto the new server and found only eb%; "5252 web access through a browser or buy Vcenter.
question: is there a software client for it as in older versions? web access with non-working functionality, or pay money for the center?

As far as I remember, VMware wanted to abandon the thick client and go to the Web back in version 5, but they got a fully functional Web with 6.5, and therefore they refused to support the vsphere client (thick client)

Apparently, yes, the free client went to the web, either download to the center, or you can connect to the cloud from the voxtation, but there seems to be no control of the hyper itself, only cars
