How to detect poltergeist on PC?

VMware Workstation virtual machines have been behaving very strangely lately. What does the problem of replacements not with all versions of the guest OS. Ubuntu 18.04, Mac OS X 10.15.04, Windows XP, Windows Embedded PosReady 2009, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012 all work fine. But Windows 10 version 2004 (20H1), Windows Server Semi-Annual Channel version 2004 and Windows Server 2022 work for the time being.
A week ago I installed a virtual machine with Windows Server 2004 (SaC). I set everything up, deployed the DBMS. Virtual machines never turned on. Today I start and see the blue screen of death. The files are broken.
So what is actually happening and what's the matter? How to make virtual machines normally?

On the host in the bios, disable energy conservation and enable maximum performance.
