Mechanisms for predicting the utilization of VMware / storage resources?

Hello colleagues!
I will briefly describe the situation. The infrastructure is small
~ 400 virtual machines on vmware clusters and a bunch of storage
Every day, typical virtualization operations are performed. I set up monitoring of zabbix / grafana hypervisors, I watch processor utilization and free disk space.
We are interested in the mechanism for predicting the utilization of resources for X-time based on previous data, in order to roughly understand when we hit the ceiling and purchase equipment in advance.
Entering information into excel every month and building a trend forecast is not a very automated task. What tools to use and is it possible to reduce everything to grafana?

The latest version of Zabbix has prediction mechanisms. For "how to do?" I won’t say, we don’t use it ourselves - you need to read the documentation
