How to monitor HDD status on ESXi?

Hello!
I saw errors in the logs

Device tlO.ATA_TO5HIBA_DT01ACA200_X3FBT5LK5 performance has deteriorated. I/O latency increased from average value of 2410 microseconds to 78012 microseconds.

And I thought about the status of the hard drives, but the HDD is not displayed in the Health Status section.
As far as I know, this is due to the fact that there is no driver for this controller.
And I read somewhere that you need to download it from the vendor and install it.
But my search was unsuccessful.
ESXi 5.5.0, 1331820
P8B-M motherboard with intel c204 controller.
Perhaps there are other ways to view SMART?

ps I know that ESXi does not work with a software raid, but it's not worth using it either, the controller works in SATA mode

.
I connected via ssh, and using the script I got this:
/usr/lib/vmware/vm-support/bin # ./smartinfo.sh
SMART Information for disks.
