How to register an IP address when importing a virtual machine from ovf?

And there is a need to periodically deploy new machines from the template. It was decided to create a preconfigured ovf file and create a car from it when needed. A question arose: I saw that when importing specially prepared machines (for example, the official coreOS image), you are asked additional questions and you can create a machine with some parameters that are already different.
How can I do this for my ovf file? The guest machine is Windows XP and I wish that during the import process I could specify the machine name and static IP.
