What's the easiest way to replicate between two ESXi's?
There are two ESXi hosts in different DCs. On the second, only one IP is white, you will have to access the machines via VPN. The first is combat, the second we want to make a reserve.
No vcenter etc. not worth it. Can someone tell me in simple terms what needs to be done? I saw several solutions, one is Veeam, for some reason I don’t like it, I want it without third-party software for now, the second SRM - but what a complication, I need it as simple as possible. Some kind of DataRecovery - some huge things are installed for it, and the simplest VmWare Replica I've seen. Simple replication of machines from host to host at a given interval. All guides have checkboxes that I don't have. When you open hosts, right-click on hyper, scripts pop up, and there is "replication", I don't have that, what should I install? Will the solution work properly? On a combat vehicle 6.5, on a spare 6.0, because 6.0 is available with firewood for Realtek, physical access will not be soon and it is not possible to upgrade the machine to 6.5 with embedding firewood, IP-KVM is not there.
What can you advise, colleagues, where should I start?
Yes, I tried to install VIM and VCSI, added hosts, but there was no item I needed. I even deployed some kind of OVF for replication, set up a network and a certificate there, the necessary items did not appear.

replication is a feature of the cluster. start by installing in the center ...
well, or use veeam
You can try www.vmgu.ru/news/extrashpere-free-vmotion-for-free-esxi . I haven’t tried it myself, but maybe it will help you, this is if you need migration. And yes, if ESXi is free, then Veeam is not a helper and you will have to backup scripts.
Slightly similar question (it seems to me) How to drag a VM from esxi to another host?
A free license is free because it contains all the features that may be required when the number of hosts is more than one. Standard migration is possible only through vCenter - and a host with a free license in vCenter cannot be missed - everything is thought out! :D
Only scripts, or some third-party solution.
