How to create a local user in vSphere?

Wanted to create a profile for myself. But I didn't find the Users/Groups tab. How to display them or how to create a user differently?

Menu -> Administration -> Users and Groups. Select the local domain (I have vsphere.local), the Add user button becomes active.
