Is it possible to kill graphics on Vmware to reduce load?

Here in games you can make graphics at least 320x480 that will stretch over your entire monitor and the game will work even on a barometer, in vmware it decreases depending on the stretching of the screen, while the load on the CPU is exactly the same as with the maximum maximized window.
How can you minimize the load on the processor in this environment to the detriment of the visual component?

Uh... the visual component of what? VmWare itself has no graphics at all - there is a text muzzle, stupid.
