Is it possible to wake up a host via Wake-on-lan on free ESXi 5.5?

Unable to wake up machine by sending Magic Packet to ESXi host. All KB articles and forums refer to enabling DPM + VCenter mode. And the car must be sent to StandBy, not Shutdown.
I send the package with Mikrotik, my main host with Windows 10 rises without problems, but ESXi does not want to.
I just don’t understand now why it doesn’t work, in the field of WOL it shows support. Does anyone have WOL running on a single ESXi (free) host.

@akelsey

It looks like it's the motherboard itself.
With any options - completely turns off the power of the network card.
So it's just not destiny.

The host does not turn on the package or does not boot?
WoL does not work at the OS level (ESXi), but at the BIOS/EFI level, i.e. the network card, depending on the BIOS settings, sends a signal to the motherboard to turn on. So, most likely, you have a problem in the BIOS settings.

The second possible reason is that the computer is entering power saving mode, which turns off the power to the network card. In total there are two such modes S1 State and S3 State, the latter is more energy efficient, but there are conflicts with it. Try changing this setting in the BIOS.
And what about VMware:
