How to make friends between mikrotik dude and the microsoft windows OS family via snmp?

The Dude monitoring system was deployed on the test bench. It consists of a mikrotik RB951G-2HnD, a laptop connected via Wi-fi and a PC connected via cable. The Internet is working. On working machines Windows 7, Firewall and antivirus turned off. The Dude server is a fixed (by cable) PC.
Monitoring of loading of cpu and Hdd on working machines is required. Everything has already worked out with Mikrotik, I'm already monitoring it.
I have already installed the SMNP component on the OS. Specifying the Dude server in the service properties.
What did I miss?

@civdef

Found a solution.
This is the order of friendship. After adding the SNMP component, there are two new services "SNMP Service" and "SNMP Trap". We don't need the second one for Dude. And here we do the "SNMP Service" as follows. 342b704e58df45e4b1b76f1bbefa4c89.pngdaca1d424f1d4d0da17fe8f7b2d92412.png
Where we do the community as it is indicated in our Dude I 94b41c2642554af6929d5c86e9ae7a48.png
'll clarify - the Community field. It is public.
B Don't forget about the Firewall. 626f2978b3ff4e7db6c305ac150de88f.png
Now he collects everything.
I'm sitting and thinking now why I was stupid before ...
Thank you very much for your help. Helped a lot.
