Is it possible to install the Windows operating system on a Mikrotik router purely theoretically? If so, how?

Theoretically, a number of Mikrotiks work on ARM32 or even ARM64 processors, which venda supports.
And in practice, you need to have a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm in order to at least try to pull this off. And it's far from certain that it will work.
Most MikroTik equipment is built on MIPS architecture processors, although there are models with ARM processors. Where the ARM CPU architecture is used (and these are usually not budget models), running Windows for ARM is quite difficult, because. this requires porting the system to a specific SoC (the device's central chip), which is quite difficult when there is no access to Windows source codes and knowledge of embedded software.
But, nevertheless, I hasten to please you: there is the best Windows alternative for MikroTik, which is adapted for most of the company's models - OpenWrt
Dani, is that you? :)
Purely theoretically - for those models that are on arm (rb4011, for example) - you can. But since there are no Windows source codes - it is impossible to compile the kernel with a cross-compiler and place it on bootable media (as is usually done for arm devices for Linux - all possible raspberries etc) - it is impossible.
