How to prevent router from responding to port scanner?

For example: using nmap, we scanned ip, and we were given all open ports, services on ports, OS, kernel version, and so on.
How to configure that Mikrotik does not send data (does not respond to requests) to the port scanner?

ip firewall add chain=input action=drop seems to be the case. ;)
