AD users print to a shared printer. What accounting program do you recommend for accounting?

And so there is a computer on XP, a xerox is connected to it via usb.
There is a PC on windows 7. And people will print to this shared printer.
Required
Minimum:
1. know how many pages the employee has printed.
2. It was more or less convenient to view it.
It would be nice:
1. to know from which computer it was printed.
2. to know what was printed, that is, local saving of sent files
3. there would be some kind of easy web muzzle.
In general, tell me how it can be done better. some program or something.

www.papercut.com/products/free-software
has this thing, it's free for five users, but it doesn't save what you type

Xerox CenterWare is a very cool thing, it has a web interface. Installing this monster for the sake of one printer and just for the sake of accounting for printing is, of course, a mockery, and when I installed it (for a long time), it did not catch local printers.
There is a similar solution from HP Web JetAdmin, he was able to work with local printers through an agent, but I don’t remember if there was a print account in the context of users, computers, jobs.
Both have a free version like, both are designed to manage a fleet of printers.
None of them can block "wrong" print jobs, redirect jobs to less loaded printers, this is another software and it always costs money.
