Why is the subnet unavailable for VPN clients?

An IPSec tunnel was made between the two Mikrotiks, which connects the networks 192.168.100.0/24 and 10.10.100.0/24 . On one of the Mikrotiks, which has a subnet of 192.168.100.0/24 , a VPN PPTP server has been set up with a subnet of 192.168.1.0/24 .
It is not possible to make packets from the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet go to the 10.10.100.0/24 subnet. That is, it doesn’t even ping...
The packet flow scheme is as follows:
VPN subnet ( 192.168.1.0/24 ) ———> Mikrotik #1 ( 192.168.100.0/24 ) ———> Mikrotik #2 ( 10.10. 100.0/24 )
How to properly set up the rules?

So tell Mikrotik where your networks are and how to go to them.
ip -> route
or route -> ospf
Although OSPF for two subnets is very bold :)
