How to combine a subnet coming with l2tp over ipsec with an internal subnet on mikrotik?

Hello, there is a Mikrotik, a server with a hypervisor on esxi is connected to it, inside the hypervisor there is Windows with a media server HMS
Mikrotik 192.168.0.1
Windows with hms 192.168.0.100
vpn 192.168.2.1
vpn client 192.168.2.2
How to make the vpn client be able to see the media hms server?
It seems that I opened all the ports necessary for hms and the vpn client pings from the server and the server and other computers ping from the client.

For HMS to work correctly, like any DLNA (UPnP) server, it is necessary that the client and server are in the same broadcast domain. those. in theory, you need to add an L2TP server to the bridge (or an L2TP server bonding specifically for this client), to which the hypervisor is connected. There will be problems with MTU, but it seems to be solved 5d5ec05cd214f404629790.png

Who at you with what responds not clearly. The description is not sufficient.
Client pings HMS and back?
If yes, then everything is already working.
If not, the description is not detailed enough. Who is your gateway from the VPN network to the 192.168.0.0 network?
I assume that this is a VPN server, it should have an address from this range and it should be possible to ping XMS from it and vice versa.
If so, then you need to either add the path to the 192.168.0 network through the VPN server to the client's routing table using the VPN server settings or in another way.
Turn off the firewall on the HMS for the time being. When everything works, turn it on, you may need to make some changes to the firewall configuration.
