How to broadcast XiaoMi XiaoFang IP camera through Asus RT-AC51U router with built-in DDNS/VPN and external 3G/4G modem?

Hello. There was a task to broadcast the IP camera through VPN.
To do this, I purchased:
- Asus router RT-AC51U with built-in DDNS service, VPN server and USB for connecting a 3G / 4G modem.
- 3G/4G modem.
- IP camera XiaoMi XiaoFang.
- Huawei b880 router with VPN client.
The problem is that when I connected DDNS on the router and assigned a domain name, I tried to access the router from outside via the Internet (locally, of course, everything is fine), I didn’t succeed, because the provider assigns a gray ip address. I was looking for info on the forums, everyone has a scheme through a white ip address, but I called all the operators, they do not provide a white or static ip address of a physical person. persons, only legal. Here are the screenshots of the router after connecting DDNS.

Wrote those. ASUS support, maybe I thought they would offer something, but they wrote the obvious things.

Dear user of ASUS products,
On the screenshot of the Network Map you can see the address received from the provider, this is 100.85.94.00.
This is the address of the provider's local network, there is no access to it from the Internet, you must contact the provider to obtain a public Internet address.
Best Regards,

Please help, at least maybe someone has an idea about this. I tried to connect the router as a VPN client to a VPN server (I found the site vpnme.me on the Internet), I also couldn’t reach the IP camera.

1. Do it yourself vpn server with forwarding.
2. For such purposes, I keep a server and pass traffic through myself. From clients I collect 75 rubles per month per port. In order not to reinvent crutches every time anew, I kick clients to take Mikrotik in front of the equipment that requires forwarding. Manufacturability orally and in writing, please do not evaluate. I know I'm ashamed.

I don’t know for what needs you need it, but as an option, you can look for services for broadcasting rtsp from the camera. In this case, you really will have to keep the computer turned on (on which the software will run, redirecting the rtsp stream to the right place)

@24Algorithm

It's easier to take nvr into the circuit and twist it as much as you want without any problems
