Why does vmware authorization service load the system?

Hello. Faced a problem.
windows 10 x64
vmware player 12 (latest)
Created a virtual machine everything works ok. But after turning off and closing vmplayer in the processes, I see vmware authorization service loads the percentage by 25%. Never noticed this before. I read nothing on the net.

i found a solution.
you need to run cmd as admin and run 2 commands.
Rebuild performance counters:
Check if everything went well.
or do the same through the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib
Disable performance Counters to 0

Reboot the system.
As a bonus, you can set the service to start manually, so you will reduce the system startup a little.
