Should I change my hard drive to a different ESXI adaptec manufacturer?

In the morning the host with ESXI hung up. The storage was not displayed, I had to restart it. As a result, the disk flew off.

I have a 3ware controller on which the storage of virtual machines (esxi starts from a flash drive). changed Seagates to WD. all right.
each controller has a list of compatible drives. here it is possible that such disks are no longer on sale and to work with new disks, you need to update the controller firmware.
