How to set boot parameter for ESXi 5.5.0?

There is a regular PC on Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H. Previously, ESXi 5.5.0 was successfully spinning on it, but for independent reasons, all disks and a flash drive are now missing from the machine in the system. It was put by another administrator, how - I don’t know.
I install it again, on a new USB flash drive, and I encounter a glitch: instead of installing, a ready-made system is loaded, as if it were a live-cd, and at the same time, the system boot hangs at the "Initializing IOV" moment.
I installed the hypervisor on a flash drive using Vmware Workstation, it loads normally, but again it hangs at the "Initializing IOV" stage.
I dealt with the hangup through shift-O when loading and setting the "noIOMMU" parameter, after which the download simply skips this stage and successfully reaches the end.
But since I will not be able to go to this machine every time I reboot and manually register (far and long), I must somehow make this boot parameter permanent. No one will tell you how to do this?

Tried the recipe: After installation adds noIOMMU to kernelopt of vi /bootbank/boot.cfg. For some reason it didn't help. That is, as I understand it, you are connected. you edit this kofig, having simply registered the necessary line? For some reason, when rebooting, this "Initializing IOV" started again

As always, I figured it out myself... It was necessary not to erase the runweasel function during the boot process, but simply add noIOMMU to the end with a space, and then a normal installation is loaded, and not some kind of Live-CD. And only then add the parameter to /bootbank/boot.cfg on the installed system.
