All this can be run on Windows, and if photoshop is not so necessary, then install any Linux-based distribution. Installing OS X (hackintosh) is only worth it if you need specific software, like Xcode or Sketch.

This is some fucking perversion, honestly.
If you want macOS - save money. And now you do not need to rape yourself or your PC. Use programs for your OS.
And I will add that if you just want to get acquainted and indulge, then please - I do not forbid you and even welcome you. But it is not necessary to turn all this into a working environment.
Such situations are not a perversion: running VS on macOS from under Parallels (because of hopelessness).

I do not advise, is this a strong nonsense?
Why not install hackintosh?
Or buy a Macbook.

VM did not use, they need powerful hardware and set for a long time. Used VPS.
OS X is like OS X, you can install Xcode and an iOS simulator, not to mention less.

I used mac os on vmware for almost a year, for development under iOS, you need a good percentage and 16Gb of RAM, allocate at least 8Gb for mac os and it will be ok, the interface will slow down, but if there is such a computer, then why not try.
