How to install Realtek 8139 driver?

Hello colleagues. Tell me this question, there is VMware ESXi 6.0 on board, I installed the Realtek 8139 driver on it using VMware Customizer, I try to update, it doesn’t work, it says that it swears at the installed Vib file (my driver).
What was he trying to do?
1) Using the VMware Customizer script, create a ready-made image with this vib file, during installation it swears at this particular driver and the installation cannot be continued.
2) I installed it using esxcli software vib install (it didn’t work out, it just didn’t load stupidly, I go through a proxy, I didn’t find where to register a proxy, MB in this cant)
3) I uploaded a new operating system to a ready-made 6.0 with a driver using ESXI Upgrade, so there was an error about my vib file
I would be grateful for any help, I've already googled everything that is possible.

Where did the firewood for rtl8139 come from? Are they suitable for ESXi 6.0?
